Standard Promotional Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
Promotions featured on this website are operated by Polaris Britain Limited, Forge Mills Park, Station Road Industrial Estate, Coleshill, Birmingham, B46 1HT ("Polaris", "we", "us" or "our").
2. Application of These Terms
2.1 These Standard Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to all promotions, offers, competitions, prize draws and incentives advertised by Polaris Britain Limited, unless alternative terms are expressly stated.
2.2 Specific promotional terms may apply to individual campaigns. Where there is any conflict between these Standard Promotional Terms & Conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.
2.3 By participating in a promotion, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable terms and conditions
3. Promotion Availability
3.1 Promotions are available only during the period stated in the relevant promotional materials.
3.2 Promotions are available only while stocks last and subject to availability where applicable.
3.3 Polaris reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control or where required for legal, regulatory or commercial reasons.
4. Eligibility
4.1 Unless otherwise stated, promotions are open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
4.2 Additional eligibility requirements may apply and will be detailed in the relevant promotion terms.
4.3 Employees of Polaris, its subsidiaries, participating dealerships and agencies directly involved in the administration of a promotion may be excluded from participation where appropriate.
5. Promotions and Discounts
5.1 Promotions are available only on qualifying products, vehicles or services specified within the promotional materials.
5.2 Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.
5.3 Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, rebate, incentive or finance campaign.
5.4 Promotional benefits have no cash alternative and are non-transferable.
6. Competitions and Prize Draws
6.1 Where a promotion includes a competition or prize draw, full entry instructions and any additional requirements will be published as part of the promotion.
6.2 Winners may be required to provide reasonable information to verify eligibility.
6.3 Prizes are subject to availability and Polaris reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value where necessary.
6.4 Unless otherwise stated, prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
7. Vehicle and Product Availability
7.1 Vehicle specifications, colours, accessories and availability may vary.
7.2 Images are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect exact vehicle specifications.
7.3 Participation in a promotion does not guarantee product availability.
8. Data Protection
8.1 Personal data provided in connection with a promotion will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and Polaris' Privacy Policy.
8.2 Information about how Polaris collects, stores and processes personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy available on this website.
8.3 Where a participant has provided consent, Polaris may use their contact details to communicate relevant marketing information. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
9. Liability
9.1 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for:
• Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• Any matter for which liability cannot be excluded under applicable law
9.2 Subject to clause 9.1, Polaris shall not be liable for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including technical failures affecting the administration of a promotion.
9.3 These Terms & Conditions do not affect any statutory rights available to consumers.
10. General
10.1 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
10.2 A delay or failure by Polaris to exercise any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
10.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.4 Consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts where permitted by law.
Promotional Specific Terms & Conditions
The following terms apply in addition to the Standard Promotional Terms & Conditions and should be read together.
Polaris Sportsman 570 Range Promotion
Promotion Overview
Customers purchasing an eligible new and unregistered Polaris Sportsman 570 Range vehicle through a participating authorised Polaris dealer may receive a discount of £2,000 excluding VAT from the vehicle's recommended retail price.

• Any other Sportsman 570 variants specifically identified by Polaris as eligible for the promotion.

Polaris Sportsman Onyx Black Edition Clearance Promotion
Promotion Overview
Customers purchasing a new and unregistered Polaris Sportsman Onyx Black Edition may benefit from a £2,500 retail saving, resulting in a promotional retail price of £6,999.
Promotion Period
• Available from 1 July 2026 until 31 August 2026.
• Old model clearance promotion.
• Available whilst stocks last.

Combined Offer
The Sportsman Onyx Black Edition retail clearance promotion may be combined with the current Polaris 0% Finance Promotion where both promotions are advertised by an authorised participating Polaris dealer.
Polaris 0% Finance Promotion
Promotion Overview
Selected Polaris Ranger and Sportsman models are available with 0% finance over 24 months through participating authorised Polaris dealers.
Eligibility
• Available to UK registered businesses only.
• Applicants must be aged 18 years or over.
• Subject to status, credit approval, availability and eligibility criteria.
Finance Provider
Finance is provided exclusively by De Lage Landen Leasing Limited (DLL).
DLL is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Firm Reference Number 668687) in respect of agreements regulated under the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
Finance Terms
• Maximum finance amount is limited to 50% of the retail price of the vehicle or the balance to finance, whichever is lower.
• Finance is based upon a 24-month hire purchase agreement.
• Two advance payments may be required.
• VAT may be payable upfront or monthly depending on the finance product selected.
• Documentation, administration and other fees may apply.
• Alternative finance profiles may be available upon request.
